Envision pulling up to one of our extraordinary entrances that embody Big Canyon as the iconic, forever elegant Newport Beach landmark that you love to call home.
Our proposed plan, BC Vision 25, includes a series of carefully considered improvements to enhance the aesthetic appeal, value, and overall experience for both residents and visitors.
To bring the BC Vision 25 to fruition, a Special Assessment of $6,500.00 per homesite will be invoiced to allow for completion of the details illuminated in this website and brochure. The Assessment Ballot meeting where our votes will be counted will take place at the Newport Beach Civic Center on Monday December 9th at 5:00 pm. You will receive your ballot approximately 30 days before the meeting.

New Entrance Gates
The installation of exquisite gates that stand as sentinels will create a sense of grandeur and elevate the look and feel of the entrance.
Removal of the Stucco Wall
The current stucco wall which serves to separate Country Club traffic has long been an eyesore, and it will be replaced by a visually pleasing, landscaped median.
Controlled Pedestrian Access
Stylish, code access sidewalk gates for pedestrians will be installed as a compliment to the entire vision.
Street Pavers
High-quality street pavers will replace the existing asphalt surface, creating a premium experience and enhancing the appearance of our entrance.
Completion of the Guardhouses
The tastefully renovated guardhouses and beautifully designed and lush landscape will greet all who enter our community, offering a welcoming and upscale environment that reflects the beauty and sophistication of Big Canyon.
New Entrance Wall with Signage and Lighting
New stone walls on our four entry corners will prominently display the "Big Canyon" signage. Tasteful illumination will ensure it stands out at night. These entry walls will become a signature feature that identifies Big Canyon as Newport Beach’s premier destination.
